I see them all the time here in the Myrtle Beach, SC area in shallow waters around 50 ft. We see a lot of them because they only give us 1 day per year to fish or spearfish recreationally.

Yeah, you can find them all over. Some people catch them in the bay even. We usually look for them between 80-130’ , 20-40 miles offshore.

Look at the visibility, you cant free dive in the gulf as you can a lot of other places. and thats actually considered good visibility. And its harder to shoot fish with oxygen tank than it is free dive, stop being so ignorant.

@@zachwhite5198 exactly... also it's not oxygen. Not sure why every idiot thinks that. Its compressed air. Or a mix of air and nitrogen called Nitrox. And here in Florida we are fortunate to have regulations and closed seasons. That allow fish to continue to breed and grow. In a third world country with no regs. tank divers would decimate populations due to no limits. And if you want to bitch go find a video of commercial fisherman!! Not spearfisherman. For fucks sake.
