Chaplain D.M. Barry (dmbarry777) is from the Nashville area and is involved in sharing the "Word of God" with veterans and friends alike. Prov 11:30 "The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who wins souls is wise."
Regardless of the level of our gifts and abilities, God expects us all to invest ourselves boldly for his glory. So this year let us consider serving Him in ministry using the internet and "TH-cam".
Just remember God's love can dispel sorrow, help a broken heart, and give us a great assurance that the love of God is real.
May the Lord bless you always & keep you safe. Chaplain D. M. Barry, (US Army Retired)

Christmas Greetings from Tennessee 2013

It is right and good that we take time each year to remember that blessed event of the Birth of Christ. It was foretold by the prophets of old. It is a well documented historical event chronicled in the Gospels and supported by the historians of that day. After His death and resurrection, it is easily the GREATEST EVENT IN HUMAN HISTORY! THAT is why we celebrate Christmas! The Old Testament, wr...

Nothing but the Blood of Jesus
มุมมอง 29K15 ปีที่แล้ว
We all know that Jesus Christ died for our sins on the cross (Matthew Chapter 27, Mark Chapter 15, Luke Chapter 23, John Chapter 19). Few of us, however, know the full detail of all of his sufferings for us. There were several times that Jesus shed his blood. Each time holds special significance for us as believers in Christ. As we go deeper into our understanding of what Christ went through on...

Before viewing please see Part 1 at th-cam.com/video/WZa9hgjIjuM/w-d-xo.html Each of us will also face these same perils as we graduate from the thirty something crowd. If we fail to respond properly, we will experience what is commonly known as a midlife crisis. What then, are the perils of midlife that we should avoid? The first is that of growing weary. Weariness hits when you've been out in...
When Dreams Shatter (Part 1)
มุมมอง 1.3K15 ปีที่แล้ว
"Dreams and aspirations", they are our hopes for a brighter future. For some, they are goals that were set from the very start, from our early childhood or from within the heart. They are our wants, and they are our desires. But, what happens when our dreams shatter? When all of the hope that we had seems to have been destroyed? What happens when everything that we worked for completely and sud...
One Pair Of Hands
มุมมอง 238K15 ปีที่แล้ว
During these times of financial and economic uncertainty put your life in one pair of hands or the hands of the one who created you. Here are some Scriptures to think about: Your love, O LORD, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies (Psalm 36:5). How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings (Psalm 36:7). "For I know the...

This is my favorite ray boltz song. Incredibly emotional and spiritual. What lyrics and what a voice!
I've loved this song from the moment I saw this video on TBN when the album was released. Ray's personal life is of no consequence to me. I love Mr.Boltz for sharing this message with me then when I was at a low point in life&unsure what to do. This song reminded me then whatever life had in store for me,good or bad,GOD would forever hold&keep me. Now that storms have come again&as fear sets in I'm again reminded The Anchor Holds! Bless you for posting this&bless Ray Boltz for sharing his gifts with us all!
The 80's and 90's had such great contemporary songs. Ray is right up there. I wish he would make a new album. His voice gives me chills. Also allows me to be still and listen to that still small voice of God. He hath done great things. Love ya Ray. Keep on shining!
This is one of my favorite Christian song. It is important for us Christians to have an anchor which holds in Jesus name. Thank you, Blessed Father! Amen! Let the anchor hold in spite of the storm. All praises to you, oh Lord! Amen and Hallelujah!
May God bless you Ray! Beautiful!

"Thief on the Cross" by Street Soldier of Christ Thief on the Cross by Street Soldier of Christ
sounds so much like Elvis, lovely!
One of my favorite songs. I've sung it several times in my church. It has so much more meaning for me now. We forget our fellow believers have lives where pain raises it's ugly head. I'm so thankful for Ray's transparency in the pain he must have endured for so many years. My prayer is that we as the church begin to embrace that pain in each other, praying and not condemning each other. You, Carol and the family have my prayers and love, Ray....your friend and advocate, Stan
Listen to Kenneth Copeland sing...' HE IS JEHOVAH'
I love this song!

GOD loves you Ray; keep on pressing on!
I love this song.

We did this for choir at my school
Nicely song bro and what a journey.....
I have been to at least 4 of his concerts, he is awesome. This world can turn Christians into what they consider the way it should have been all along. I pray Mr. Boltz knows the truth and this world is so very temporary...build up our treasures in Heave....AMEN
I had been bedridden with a very serious illness for many years when I first heard this song and it was so special. It spoke to me in such a deep way as I knew too that the anchor had held all those years for me. I am now able to walk again and am no longer bed bound but this song still is so special. Thank you Ray Boltz I'm sure you have been a blessing through this song to many.
