AKheon Ik im very late at this but its very random sometimes with the glitches. I remember what got me to get rid of the game completely was that during a 3rd playthrough for a certain ending somewhere near the beginning i entered a room and its like the ps3 didnt read the disc right for it, so the entire room was Completely dark, their was no ground, and i could endlessly run forever in any direction. Kept restarting the game multiple times and after like the 4th-5th time i just had enough.
