constructive criticism incase youd be interested in hearing it (from one artist to another) when creating characters its very important to consider the silhouette as youre shaping them. if these two were coloured in fully with no lineart would you be able to get an idea of their pose? its something to keep in mind, because as im looking at vaggie in the first piece she seems awkwardly positioned. from my interpretation you said it was a reference to a scene in hazbin hotel where their proportions are different than in shera so id recommend playing with the shera art style a little more in terms of proportions and posing so the silhouette still makes sense. another thing i wanted to bring up was to pay attention to tangents and make sure you avoid them as it can make your lineart confusing to look at. im still using the first piece as reference with this comment, and with vaggie you can see the lines on her socks come too close to lining up with eachother that from a distance they almost look connected (you want to avoid that) as well as charlies vest where it folds over the front, the corner of the fold comes close to touching the line where her arm is, and her name tag is also touching the lineart which isnt ideal. one last tangent you have is where vaggies arm on the right is touching the corner of her shirt and creates too many lines that meet in one point, you could either move her arm in to cover the corner or move her arm out and show a bit more of her skin on her side, otherwise you have 4 lines that come to 1 point. anyway thats all!! these were super cute and it definitely makes me want to rewatch shera again!

Oil Pastel Pasta Ingredients: 1 Cup Pasta 2 Cups of liquid tar 1 Package of freshly picked oil pastels 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch 1 Permanent marker Steps: 1) Boil 2 cups of liquid tar until nice and bubbly 2) Once scorching hot, add 1 cup of your favourite pasta (I like the happy faces) 3) Take another pot and melt all the oil pastels until a thin liquid forms, season appropriately 4) Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the oil pastel liquid to thicken 5) Once pasta is cooked in tar long enough, strain and add oil pastel sauce. 6) [Optional] Empty out one permanent marker’s worth of ink for added taste. 7) Serve hot (Yummy yummy oil pastel in my tummy!)
