Amazing work. I’m in my first year of business doing tree removals and pruning and can’t be more excited. I’m 26 now and have been climbing and pruning since i was a teenager but i finally have opportunity to make something of it. God bless!!
That is a brilliant design feature. This is very cool.
Nice collection. I’ve referred your business a lot. You should let me prune those for you.
These are beautiful~
For bonsai care the extending of the winter buds is used as a signal that the tree's sap is mostly in the branches and less in the roots which makes it less stressful to do a root pruning. Certain species may vary of course but maples like you have there it applies to them.
Hi, I plant a "Terminalia arjuna" tree near my house. Like 8' feet away the foundation. I hope its too close. I love the tree its still a plant, I want to keep it smaller like. Is that too close ?. (I know its close) How much feet should I move away from my foundation. I want that tree near my house and shade so bad. Any tips from tree lovers?
I do this to people always moan and complain that u should never use a ladder Shut up and stay on the ground this is my world up here😂 Respect for still getting up there at your age I think 35 willl be my limit
Whatever keeps us moving with the least resistance amigo 👍👍👍
I thought Peyton Manning was commentating the video for a second
Is the blue river different than normal rubber just for style?
Silly question, but why aren't these installed around all foundations as a precaution when homes are built?
Picking up that by the trunk and letting all that weight pull down, will hurt it. Work it out of the pot, then move it by moving the root ball.
Sounds like the guy in emperor new groove
Kuzco climb trees, climbing trees with Kuzco
What you don't talk about though bro is that roots when under ground in clay material can produce a chemical call seleniosihyratenimbybuttockosis. When seleniosihyratenimbybuttockosis comes in contact with the cementious foundation material it creates a hydrolisymbiosis technicvibrationskolios byproduct that will alleviate hemotabmonocytistessplendiferiousness. I don't know if you are trying to keep that a secret or not.
Whether you think or believe the Stakes fitted good or bad , but shaking them back & forth damaging somebody else’s work is a bit disrespectful
Would have been nice to see what you are talking about those couple shots close up of the bark don't show anything
@@JoeytheJerk it’s the mystery of shorts. Check out the full video for the real thing
🔥🔥
Thank you! Love how you explain. We are in the process of installing 30’ of root barrier 3’ from our patio. From So Cal.
Kask is better you bum
What about cement sheet metal barriers
Stopplanting trees on sidewalks. Its stupid
Wait until the tree dies and they need to remove the stump with a stump grinder, that’s gonna kill somebody
Need brocho
Plant the right tree in the right place
Wait for others 10 years next time
if you have a plasma cutting, it IS easy. Thats a plasma cutter's one and only purpose.
Used a plasma cutter while going to welding school at Lake Washington Tech. Cut through 1" steel plate like it was butter. Looks like these guys are having trouble blowing the slag out the bottom of the grate as they're sitting directly on the dirt.
@@dmanrocks007 thats fair, but its still the easiest possible way to cut them. imagine using an abrasive wheel of some sort! I do wonder if you couldn't just shatter it with a sledge, its just cast iron and its perforated...I think ya could.
Just think how much money the city could have saved by having that done years ago.
You don’t understand politics! You pass on such maintenance costs to the future elected officials, you get paid no matter what
This advice may not be widely applicable. What if you like in an area of high wind?
And too many knuckleheads don't read the planting instructions for new trees, like how far away to plant them from other trees and structures.
Great video, this is the exact problem that our building and many other have in Chicago. You guys could make a fortune here. One question, when the base of the tree overlaps the tree grate, can this contribute to killing the tree? Once you cut out the grate from the base of the tree, then how do you get the remaining metal away from the base of the tree?
Roots are like people, when you work in landscaping, you can’t run them over with a mower just bc they get in your way.
I feel attacked lol
Do best when they are left alone and you’re digging it up 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
Sometimes you can’t stop leaving them alone. It had an awesome 20 years of peace
Not very cold hardy but definitely pretty.
Where roots don‘t grow
1 season lol. Depends where you live, I'm on the edge of town in Vegas and wind gusts coming across the desert are very very destructive. Up to 80mph gusts sometimes with the occasional 50mph sustained for the whole day. Wood stakes snap right off so I use metal fence posts with the plate at the bottom. Yes I give them room to sway but I wouldn't dare unstake them after a year, especially the Chinese pistache with slim trunks when they are young.
No, just no
good info! don’t talk to fast now though. ;)
If you live in the desert planting below grade is fine.
Nice southren magnolia. I appreciate you teaching the proper way to plant and transplant. Believe it or not, the owner of a company i managed tried to fight me over this... his fight was that they need to be burried deeper like 4 inch deeper... below grade up the trunk... says the damn roots down need oxygen.
You heard it here folks. Deep but shallow.
😂😂😂😂 Yeah, deep and shallow hole.
Why then do they mulch things all the way up the trunk. They bury everything in mulch.
Great advice. This info may change depending on your soil types. Check with local agricultural extension office.
Tree grow or knee grow?
Deep but at the same time, leave it shallow. Aka not deep? 😮
Balance. The boss said high, but low.
Basically it's not as detrimental if it's too high and it's easier to correct. But it's fucked if it's too low (rotting issues)
Lmao
@lindacalamariad6694 but you literally can't have a shallow deep hole. I know tree planting, the grammar that gets me sometimes though. 😆
@georgewilliamsiii4677 lol yeah it is very confusing to put it in those terms. Just keep in mind not to bury the trunk flare. No need to think if it's too shallow or deep cos that's not a precise measurement at all.
Arborist chips?
I have been in the green industry for about 40 years. I must be stupid, but I haven't ever heard of arborist chips.
Sounds like Payton Manning got into landscaping. haha! Nice work, sir.
awesome work
Koodos to you, saved that beautiful tree! It ails me to see how many trees get cut down without respect and need knowing how necessary they're for all of us! ❤
That's pretty cool. How long does it take the roots to die when the tree is removed?
Makes you wonder if a tree could sprout from the roots again?
