After working for 6 years at TCS. I would just say "BAS NAAM HAI". Company ko ghanta farak nahi padta tumhari salary se aur na hi revise hoti hai jabtk resignation ka darr na baithaao. And before you say competency issues honge, I would clarify that I am a DevOps engineer with 8 technologies in my CV. 99% kaam clients ke paas hota hai, tumhare pas bass 1% kaam hota hai wo bhi repetitive. I have been to 5 projects, har jagah yahi. Finally, I am leaving TCS and guess what, at 200% hike just to meet the industry standards. 6 saal and ek festival pe ek bhi mithai nahi. Such a shame!

Bro I have joined in tcs March 16 2022 till I'm on bench i will get appraisal or not and also will my salary will be increased after completing 1yr
for appraisal process, As I know you should be tagged to a project,at least 2-3 months before your one year completion

Bhaiya which one should i select as a fresher... Kpit 4.5lpa or Tcs 3.3lpa. According to work life balance,hike, security. Kpit bond period 2 years and bond amount is 2 lakh. And tcs bond period 1year and bond amount is 50k
tcs should be the last option, because once you join tcs and switch then can't join back even any tata group, so according to work life and etc , tcs will be the last company you stayed there
