Just a little update on project Black cobra ( RZR 1000XP), and the direction I'm heading with it. In this video we add some rock lights for the red highlights, and extra cool factor. I also go over wiring a 5 prong switch so you don't drain the battery while not in use, and can be used without the key on.

Nice mod, way better looking and feel over the stock oem one.
I have a sportsman 850 with that same code and 19-84-2 code. Would it be safe to assume it’s the same as your sxs? Same fix? Know anything about the 19 code/fix? Any help would be awesome. Machine ran like a champ all weekend then all of a sudden engine light came on and then rough as hell idle.
As someone who worked In the layup dept of Doral Boats. And hand laid fiberglass professionally I can attest...that al.ost 100% of canoes are laid up with interior deck epoxy....instead of the much harder skin coat epoxy.... Difference of hardener by about 19-1 ratio... 1 ml matting..should be soaked in resign to act as filler.... 4 ml roving should be used to enrapture hole.

Why the HUGE, time-consuming shelter?? Why not a small tent or a smaller tarp for a simple tent? That is a lot of space to heat and I would think a wind hazard. That is why I hammock. Thanks for the video. Now for 3.
I just went riding this weekend and got the same code. Funny thing is I didn't go through any water. All desert driving in California. Maybe dust got in there? Put in the toy hauler, drove home when I pulled the sxs out, message was gone. I guess I will put connector, clean out and wrap with some type of water proof tape. Thanks for the video!

im done with super atv's over priced products, they like to rape canadians wallets ! what cost $100 in the states is $350 here ! so yeah no longer buy Super ATV ! now when you do an install of the warn 45 i will tune in !

It's good, no real issues to date, had one small issue with the brake sensor when new, but other than that, it's been an awesome machine.
what is the price for it
costs about 300$ to rebuild like I did.
How are the lights holding up planning on getting a set also
so far, so good, haven't had any issues with them.
Use a cross hatch pattern
Typical Polaris warranty, not worth the time to see them, they have a shit product and they know it
Polaris deff has a few weak points, and warranty is more of a dealer issue. But yeah, clutches should deff be covered under the Drivetrain warranty.
Weird cause 2 84 1 is a speed sensor? On my 2020
that's why a lot of people change the speed sensor, and doesn't solve the issue. brake switch is the #1 cause for this code, and a very common issue on a lot of newer RZR's. it's always possible the speed sensor could be the issue, but I find it's more rare than it being the brake switch.

Where did you get your primary puller from? I keep ordering the wrong size somehow and too long with the gas tank
I honestly can't remember, but I believe it was through Cutterloose in Alberta, and we also sell them at Revco.ca if you are in Canada

1/8" Aluminum.
Great video I've done rear before but I wasn't sure how to get the front carrier off. On the bearing press I don't have a press so I use one of the ones that has a bolt through the center to press it out, works good but it takes more effort.

Does anyone know the cost to fix? this just happened to my 2018 rzr does not have warranty anymore
I believe it's about 100$ canadian for new updated sensor, and fairly easy to change yourself. My dealer changed mine at no cost because I had just gotten the machine.
Ha Ha Ha.... "instructions". I didn't get any, but it doesn't look like rocket science.
it's a pretty straight forward install.

Those are the Rogue Alloy mirrors, classical the same mirrors as Seizmik, and Slasher alloy mirrors. They work great, and the thin clams make for an easy installation with most windshields. We sell the Slasher, and Seizmik at Revco.ca if you are in Canada.

Not sure to be honest, I only drove it a few times afterward, and then traded it in for a 1000 XP. From what I hear, they're a good lasting pad.

The Bondo Brand is readily available, and easy to find. As far as the tools that I used go, I got those from Amazon, and are just fiberglass rollors.

Yes, this is the 22 1000XP Sport model, and they are the same for 2023.
