Re: your deadlift, try a narrower stance. Your arms should hang straight down and your legs should be inside your arms, so quite a bit more directly under you. Keep up the good work!!

Sweet! It’s the CAP (CrossFit Affiliate Programing) for the most part. A lot of boxes follow it because it’s programming that’s included with the affiliate fee. Glad it helps! Haha it’s *kipping* not strict, I do strict pull ups as well. If you search through enough of my boring videos you can probably spot some “real” pull ups or what we CrossFit’ers refer to as strict pull ups. I wonder if we ever had the opportunity to meet face to face how this conversation would look different. ✝️💪

Do you mean on the floor, or over my head? I’d guess you’re referring to my hand over my head. I saw someone doing it once, but it may be “incorrect” not sure. I know I need to extend my hips, but I figure I’d put my hands behind my head and then extend my hips 🤷🏽♂️
