I think so but not sure which vlog! I use 1% fairlife milk, 1 scoop whey protein powder, and sometimes I add 1 tbsp which chocolate SF jello!! then mix in oreo thins <3 (sometimes I make DF ones too)

I hate cleaning on Sundays. It feels like you are taking the day off away from yourself 😥 My strategy is cleaning little by little throughout the week
I feel that!! that's why I only do 1-2 hours on sunday and then clean throughout the week too!
