Repairing a driveshaft intermediate bearing on a renault master/Opel movano/Nissan ns400 without special tools. Includes easy method for removing the driveshaft without having to remove the lower ball joint.
Why drain the oil?
Have just replaced both fronts on a 2015 Master. The driver side was left handed thread and the passenger side right handed, both sides furking tight and ended up using a very deep 46mm socket.
I knew is easy 😂🤣😂👍🏻
думал что один я под ним ползаю!
Great video mate. I was just wondering if the parts are different for the other side or it’s same.thanks
What was the reason for replacing the bearing? Great job!
You're a hero, thanks!
46mm spanner?
Yes or deep socket
What size is the socket to undo the drive shaft nut
That's an impressive show of "I can do it" attitude in action & problem solving with such basic tools as that. And a patient approach showing good judgement (only comes from experience). Very needed for this van, as Renault dealer service shops are making it so hard for drivers. Thank you. Thanks for your editing the clip. Did that plastic fill insert (on gearbox) have threads & unscrew? Can it be reused or need to get new one? I hate all the use of plastic in or on critical engine components.
Thanks! Yes the plastic insert is threaded and has a rubber seal. It would probably be wise to at least replace the seal whilst you have it removed, however, I didn't and have had no issues 10k km later.
Hi great video, to remove the ball joint did you have to turn it's clockwise or anticlockwise?
Thanks. Anticlockwise 👍
Pozdrav prijatelju! Koje ulje da stavim i kolko litara u renault master 2.3dci 135hp 2015 godina, manualni menjac? Hvala!
