We are passionate about patrolling those hard to reach places that some would call, the Boondocks. It is there where you quite often will witness nature at its core and see things that many people do not commonly see. Reaching these places often requires you to push yourself and learn what you are really made of. Through these experiences in the classroom of the great outdoors you will gain an invaluable education, clean your soul, and create enduring memories to share around future campfires or dinner tables. We wish to not only keep a memory for my family of our many adventures in the outdoors, but also to motivate, educate, and inspire others to get outdoors and live a little! Hiking, Fishing, Hunting, setting Trailcams, and even crawling along two tracks on an ATV are some of our favorite activities. Subscribe to come along for the ride and remember to use #Boondockpatrol when sharing your latest adventure on social media! See you out there!

The DELTA MCKENZIE SNIPER Archery Target Review
All those burned trees? 😢 The gd Forest service controlled burn! Defund the Forest service.
This worked so well!!!! All from the Dollar Store. THANK YOU!
Cool...😂❤
We NEED to see how you made the trap for us beginners
2 3/4” 12 pellet ‘0’ buck.
I can't fit more than 12 '00' buck in a 2/34" where do you get something like that? Maybe they use a shorter shot cup?
What’s the best bait to use here
That is a tornado?
It’s not a tornado. Ik this might sound nerdy so let me make it not nerdy or whatever. So basically a funnel cloud looks like a tornado but isn’t on the ground so if you look closely you can tell. Today my brother and dad saw one but it wasn’t a tornado it went the other way and it just wasn’t even windy and it looked like that.
Be nice if you showed if you cut the baskets or anything
Wow that road has changed so much over the years. I used to drive to the mine in my 2002 Silverado about 20 years ago and it didnt get rough until after the mine. It couldn't make it now. There used to be so much more to see at the mine before those idiots burned it down when they started a wildfire below while having a bachelor party.
Hornady varment express
3# number 4
Great Review !!! 😊
Do you think 3 1/2 in BBB would take them down
Yes! 100%
As long as it’s lead and not steel
We brough a bunch of these on the bus when we were in 4th grade. Needless to say we got in trouble.
I am unbelivably allergic to these but this was unbelivably satisfying. Thank you, friend
That was cool!!
Hand loaded 3" #1 or BB lead, or store bought #4 buck Remington
Super X Winchester have more than proven themselves to me. Sticking with them. Been using them 40 years.
That trail sucks for atv you should man up and ride 2 wheels
Been there, done that, sadly I didn’t feel more “manly” on the CRF250F than the quad or sxs.
is there any advantage for cutting the bolt out too to store separately?
Not that I know of. Personal preference maybe. Last weekend I actually just cut out a range finder spot, so I always have my range finder both for hunting and shooting.
@@blackmesaoutdoors4863 Yeah I just got a new set of rifles and a v800 case recently and now I am debating on what to cut and not cut in it. For my flights air Canada allows all hunting related equipment inside and I put my range kit and binos in the section below the main gun section.
You can get the case to close a bit flatter would be the main advantage I think. The huge, huge disadvantage to me is if I am constantly taking my bolt out it greatly increases the chance of losing it.
Like what you did there, question, do the orange trim on the edge come off?? Only thing I don't like about the Vault series. Thanks.
Load yalls own lol the lee press aint too expensive. I take that back, i got mine years ago, like a fuckin decade now that i think about it lmao. Jesus christ is this what getting old is like? Lmao
The Lee press is roughly $400 after shipping. Then die and powder, shells, wads, primer, and shot. I’ll stick to buying from walmart for a while.
@blackmesaoutdoors4863 YIKES nevermind hahahaha
3” 2 shot duckloads.. I mean gets the Job done for me and on my duck gun the CZ1012 the tightest chick pattersns very well at 40-60 yards
I will always stand by the classic all-beef hot dog wiener as the best crayfish bait.
Its a good one for sure!!
What choke you use?
I dont use one at the moment. I think i have 4, but I rarely put one on.
If your not using a choke in your shotgun your gonna mess up your gun. Modern Shotguns are not designed to be shot without a choke it will mess up your threads. If you want an open pattern just put in a cylinder choke or it may be labeled as skeet. These will give the most open pattern and you won’t hurt your gun.
@@Grissom_Outdoors Hey Brother, it is possible to run a shotgun without a choke, but with a matching I.D. of the bore rite ? Edit: Insert matching the bore I.D.
@@newjargon1697 there are different sizes of choirs but the most open you can get is gonna be labeled as “cylinder” or “skeet” these will throw a plenty big enough pattern
That code black goose with 1 or BB lead will get you 70 yards easy. Hope that helps
2 3/4 come on i stopped using any 2 3/4. Three inch stops em dead
Nice! Like your follow through! What shotgun are you using?
A binelli
@@blackmesaoutdoors4863 Excellent! Awesome shotguns made by them!! Thank you!
Gotta be flagstaff or Sedona bring your butt down to Phoenix for a few minutes 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
White Mountains.
So that's where New Jerseys snow went. You can have it. We don't want it. No snow zero this year. Greenhouse. Global warming.
Oh heck yeah! Going to the dollar store right now lol
Hard to find But I love Winchester Varmint X Coyote 3inch BB🎉🎉🎉
Cool
beautiful shot, beautiful follow through!
Es demasiada agua que está cayendo pero será cierto en muchos países está pasando algo similar
What they do with all that water? Nothing back to the ocean. We need solutions keep every drop
It goes into the little colorado river
Normal Tuesday afternoon in Florida
Flash floods everyday huh?
@@blackmesaoutdoors4863 from spring all the way up to December in the evenings it's horrible. Right now as we speak it's dumping outside. It all drains off into the ocean but the houses is in Florida underneath the driveways have drainage ditches that connect and drain into canals. when it gets really flooded you can see fish moving through the flood right in your front yard it's wild. Moving from canal to canal doing fish things 😂
That’s was cool
Damn. Ur dollar tree looks clean af.
Nice
Fun… I watched one video where a guy hooked a piece of bacon on the fishing line and kept bringing crawdads in on his fishing pole hanging on the bacon……. Nice little pond…
How is the bag holding up by now?
Great!
@@blackmesaoutdoors4863 culd you show some pictures of it? How many shots?
What is this cammera you are filming with? Great slow motion!
Iphone 11
@@blackmesaoutdoors4863 thanx! 👍
Thanks for sharing Brother. Love seeing dad so happy and alive. Hope to join one day 😅👍🏼 congratulations 🎉🎉🎉
He is fun to ride with! He wanted to go on some adventures!
Show how you made the trap
Not Largemouth bass, Tilapia
A hand full of dry dog food works really good.
Good idea! I’ve never tried that.
I didn't I cut holes or put traps together maybe I missed that I am sure I didn't
Awesome find
Did y’all eat these?
Yes! Butter, garlic, lime and cholula sauce.
Too bad it does NOT show how to make the traps. Consequently the video is practically worthless.
Zip tie two waste basket together, use some Tin Snips to cut the hole about 1.5" in from the edge most of the way around. Do this and you will have his traps. Personally, I would cut a cross shape and then then bend the edges in, but then you may have to take it apart to remove the crawdads. This guy does a good job explaining how to make a better (slightly more expensive) version of this trap, this trap will work much better if you are leaving the trap for a while (like overnight). th-cam.com/video/0ZumSZAR0AY/w-d-xo.html
I looked at the Trap it was clear how he did. You just need to be smarter than the trap. You'll get there....
hey man I just got a new rubicon and was wondering if I need to break it in and if I do need to how would I
Do you have the manual? Mr Rancher came with instructions for breaking it in. I think not to top it out for the first 50 miles or something and then it explained the oil change mileages. Good luck! Ride safe!
