@yingziJin_110 It has finally begun to cool down a bit here but it's weird because normally by November it's cold! Heater working all day, putting on heavy coats to go outside, even frost in the morning. Not this year ! Usually by the end of August, it starts to turn cool and the leaves on trees begin to change colors to beautiful yellows, orange and red( my favorite time of the year/season). This time it's been so warm that I've only used my heater once and that was just a few hours overnight . I'm truly hoping that I might get to see the colors change this year; but it doesn't look promising 😕.
@@melissafields3376 There are ginkgo trees here, and their leaves will also turn yellow during this period. The whole mountain is yellow and very beautiful.😊😊

@@黃柏達-t8b潮水時間您可以在網絡上查看氣象局的“潮汐表”. 我是不固定在一個地方的，有時候在福寶漢寶新寶。有時候是天還沒亮就出門。而且我走的路線經常會過一些海溝，恐怕也有點危險。所以我從來不敢帶。

@@kevinlin009 這段時間是螺的季節，但是整年也會有，只是比較少。這段因北風吃，螺會靠岸躲被浪打。

@@方麒詠 福寶濕地(靠外海區)，有一個很大水溝水流急會有危險。很退潮時小朋友是可以過去，但是不建議。因為最乾潮時也是開始漲潮時間開始。最近我還有看到別人家聚團趕海，人比螺還要多，哈哈哈。

@@天天-i3g 這種不會吐沙，直接用小刀揭開。裡面有一塊肉像干貝一樣，就吃那塊而已，其他是它的內臟通常不會處理就直接扔掉。

I am rushing to get everything winterized; like my garden (so I can keep growing food/flowers), changing the fluids in my car and preparing my heaters so my little cottage stays warm. Oh, I'm also checking my gear( fresh batteries, candles, propane) in case there's a loss of power/electricity . I always have chopped and cured wood on hand.

@@yingziJin_110 I watched Little House on the Prarie too! My house is smaller than that one, 🙂 it's 230 sq ft! If I did the conversion correctly that would be close to 70 sq meters? I'm honestly not sure lol! I just asked Google. My grandson named it "Memaw's tiny cottage ". ❤ It was a unfinished storage building on my daughter and son in laws property. It did have some electricity but not much else. I put in floors,insulation,interior walls, windows and plumbing. Then built my kitchen and bathroom. I love it!

Thank you for uploading a video today 😊! I've never seen a wild hermit crab, only in pet stores and that was about 45 years ago. My brother bought one; but he didn't know how to take care of it. I went to the library; found a book about it. So I secretly took care of it lol! Until your video, I didn't know that snails laid eggs 😊. I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I also saw my comment about the city tearing down my mulberry bush. I wanted you to know that I planted another one! ❤ It's doing great! No berries but plenty of leaves. I was able to make your jelly recipe and everyone loved it. Thank you !
@@melissafields3376 All mulberry trees are treasures. Mulberry fruit has high nutritional value and can nourish the kidneys. Mulberry leaves, mulberry branches and mulberry roots are medicinal materials in our traditional medicine. We usually pick some mulberry leaves, steam them, dry them in the sun, and then use them to make mulberry leaf tea. It has heat-clearing effect.😊😊
@@yingziJin_110 Thank you. I was really heartbroken that my first mulberry was cut down without my knowledge by the city (they said they had the right because it grew near the electric power pole). With luck, the new one will be mature enough(next year) to have berries and I can use the new leaves for tea. I didn't know about the roots; Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.

@@yingziJin_110 Thank you, I will. It's also autumn here! It's finally cooling off. We've had really hot, dry weather this summer; many days it was 100 degrees Fahrenheit! With a lot of humidity. My garden didn't do as well but I made it through okay 🙂. It won't start getting cold here for another month. That's just enough time for me to get prepared for winter.
