@@Lonewolfmike That's a fact! But hey, we can't just ignore the fact that Larry Legend's Celtics team on the 80's was one of the greatest team of all time. How many HOF teammates Larry had compared to MJ's 80's team?.. yah right!. In 1986 east playoffs 1st round game 2, MJ admitted that 1 man can't beat the Celtics team, but boy oh boy MJ cooked them up! MJ just fell up short because he was just a one man wrecking machine on that bulls team. Heck Larry Legend knows who he goes up against on that series, when he realized that MJ got a godlike skills. When Pippen arrived he was a scrub in the 80's, he just developed to an all star caliber in the 90's and that one help was enough for MJ to dominate and wrapped up the 1st 3 peat. As far as great as Larry Legend, he didn't repeat for that kind of HOF teammates he got. But when MJ finally got the help that he needed, he dominated the NBA as the greatest of all time, hence 2 3PEAT, 6-0 in the finals!. But hey, for me, Larry Legend is the only player that comes close to MJ skill wise. He maybe lacking on explosive athleticism, but boy oh boy he is the smartest player that i've ever seen!. Larry plays chess while others plays checkers. If Larry's body didn't breakdown early on his career there would be a great debate between MJ and Larry on who is the GOAT..but there is no if's in history. Air Jordan is by far the G.O.A.T. @@jhoromgalazan4559 I have some questions. How good of a passer was Jordan?? What did Jordan average as far as rebounds a game?? Did he make his teamates better?? Did he get others involved in the offense?? Did Jordan ever have a 50-40-90 season in his career?? From all I have heard Jordan HAD to have the ball in his hands. Even Michael Cooper said he didn't worry as much about Jordan when he didn't have the ball in his hands. Larry made his teammates better and he didn't need the ball in his hands all the time. He was setting picks, getting rebounds, or making passes along with scoring. Jordan may be the goat in your eyes, and that debate will forever rage on because there are so many great players, but that doesn't man he was the best at everything. By the way if it wasn't for Larry and Magic saving the NBA from going under there might never have been a Jordan for you to watch. And yes Larry and Magic SAVED the NBA. Have a nice life.

@Lonewolfmike hey man.. we could play the arguement of this and that all day long.. but i ain't got time for that. but at the end of the day Championships and accolades matters in the G.O.A.T convo. Don't get me wrong I'm a Larry Legend fan too.. but there's only one Legendary Player that hold that Greatest of All Time title..hence the word "Greatest" means only one, so im gomna finish this silly argument in one question.. so like i said, As great as a player Larry was, and he even had the insane amount of HOF players as his teammates in his whole career...did he even repeated in his whole career?.. No?.. So that's the answer that we are looking for in a nutshell.. If u can't accept this fact then u are not a real basketball fan,i ain't got time for opinions, I only deal with facts.. @@jhoromgalazan4559 So MJ is the greatest center?? He is the greatest forward?? If you think that you need your head examined. As I stated befoore the goat is highly subjective and always will be. As for MJ he was a great defender but you never saw him guard Larry and that is because Larry said, and proved, no one 6'6" and under could guard him. And Larry had a better all around game than MJ. And I have a question for you did Jordan ever threepeat being an MVP?? And who do you think MJ learned how to trash talk and play mind games from?? It was Larry Bird the BEST trash talker of all time. And as I stated before if it was for Larry and Magic saving the NBA there would be no MJ because there would have been no NBA. And Larry, in his first year, without Kevin and Robert, took the Celtics to the Eastern Conference Finals. He didn't have all the help he later got. He took a team that only won 20 games the previous year to the Eastern Conference Finals. Did MJ do that with the Bulls?? Nope. And he took Indiana State to the NCAA Finals without big names either. As for MJ he has one champioonship in college because the team was packed with NBA talent all around and he was a lowly bench player who had to learn how to play in college.
