@@thefoodtruckguide the one thing that worries me is, I bought a handi van and assumed i could change it over, there's a good chance I can, and I can always sell it if I need to, shouldn't be impossible to get rid of it, but I can't afford a different unit and I'm at a job I don't want to stay at, I have the potential to make some good money next year if I can just convert my van over

Laws are different everywhere, but I would assume you could convert it. However, in the event that you cannot convert it, why not look into selling it and converting a trailer for now? Trailers have many advantages as well.
