Osprey Crash at Bellows Airforce Station Hawaii
มุมมอง 39K9 ปีที่แล้ว
3 Osprey flew in from the east side of O'ahu. This footage begins during the first attempted landing and then shows the slow landing of the 1st Osprey which ended in the death of Joshua Barron, a man who has served his country with honor. I am grateful for Joshua and his entire unit - for serving me and our country. Prayers are with your family. "Greater love has no man than this: to lay down h...

      José Luís Borges what happens if you type in the IP address of the copier on your computer? Can you network find the printer? Or does it say offline? If the printer is offline I would turn the printer off for a minute. Also readjust the Ethernet chord going into the copier. If it persists do the same for the computer. See if anyone else can print. If no one can see the printer from the computer then call your IT person, as it’s not a printer/copier issue it sounds like a network issue.

    Once the dust flared up like it did, they should have flown back to base. No excuse for that, not to mention that plane has been a disaster from the beginning.

      I was on one of these birds. We flew from an aircraft carrier about 1 hour from the coast. Miraculously only 2 died, one from my unit, a young one. Some men left without a scratch. Marines are reliable. Thank God I am here today and majority of them as well. I appreciate life more.

    If I have added a Fax number to the address book, is there a way to edit or delete it if I entered it wrong?

    • @ChristiWetzel
      @ChristiWetzel 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Bob, yes of course. - if you have the IP address that is the easiest way to edit/delete on the computer. - if you cannot access via IP you have to log in to the Konica via admin mode and edit/delete that way. If you do not know the Konica admin password you will have to contact the service department.

    THIS $71 MILLION , EACH OSPREY IS AN UNDEPENDABLE, DANGEROUS PIECE OF SHIT. AND NOW, THERE IS A 450 BILLION DOLLAR CONTRACT, (TAXPAYERS MONEY), TO GET MANY FOR THE U.S. MARINE CORPS AND AIR FORCE. SCRAPE THIS JUNK, SAVE TAX DOLLARS AND COME UP WITH SOMETHING WORTH A FUCK. AND I THOUGHT HELICOPTERS WERE A BIT SHAKY, BUT THIS OSPREY TAKES THE PRIZE OF DEADLY SHIT.

    • @ChristiWetzel
      @ChristiWetzel 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Xuân Tùng hi, they were actually landing. The first one went to land but so much Dust so it came back and circled around. You should see a total of 3, as it went to land the second one there was a malfunction the osprey had a hard landing which took the lives of two young marines.

    What a retarded plane. They shouldn't make people fly that thing. Hopefully they didn't try to blame it on the pilot.

    • @aSASa45454
      @aSASa45454 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      it was pilot error i think

    • @beggarz
      @beggarz 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, that seems a shame, to pin it on the guy who has to deal with such flying conditions. I'm not knowledgeable enough about the situation, the plane itself, or flying in general to insist that my impression constitutes an informed position, but that seems like a very difficult plane to pilot. I'm curious, not critical - but what was the pilot error? What springs to the forefront of my mind is simply choosing that particular spot to descend, even to hover; should the pilot have surveyed the site before committing his plane to approach? Could he have determined the dry, dusty conditions that his rotors would easily stir up into a dangerous cloud as we witness here, knowing to avoid a situation that would inevitably cause a total loss of visibility coupled with the extremely serious danger presented by foreign particles compromising engine function? Was his error in judgement thus simply the choosing of that specific location to land? If not, does that not suggest that he is expected to land safely in such conditions? Is that not an unusual demand upon a pilot, that he routinely navigate such drastic factors mitigating his ability to perform this fundamental maneuver successfully? I feel that my bias is transparent, but I honestly don't wish to sound sarcastic or patronizing - I just feel very strongly from a layperson's point of view, just as an unqualified witness, that this would be a very dangerous undertaking to commit a pilot to on a regular basis, and that anyone could struggle with such conditions, while the consequences of error are clearly dire. I'm not ready to blame the pilot so quickly, and I understand easily why his family is upset and seeks to clear his name. Regardless, this pilot gave his life in pursuit of his profession, his oath to his country, and probably his dreams. I think the bar should be pretty high to question the competence of any pilot finding themselves navigating such challenging adversity. Surely a majority of licensed pilots would be overwhelmed in a similar situation, no? It just seems pretty intense to put someone through - and it cost him his life, which should be honoured with due diligence in the quest to determine how to prevent such outcomes in future.
