She is right, I’m from the UK and had never heard of Sekuwa. Trust me it’s amazing and nothing you might have eaten in the UK unless it’s a Nepali restaurant doing proper Nepali food which is rare unless you go to a Nepali event or party. We are lucky, you will see signs saying ***** sekuwa corner. Some don’t and some just have a bbq out the front of what looks like a small open fronted shop or seating area. They do buffalo, pork and chicken. Near lakes like Phewa lake in Pokhara you will find fish and prawns done the same way. Also on the streets it tends to come with puffed rice and an amount of spicy achar, a tomato based paste of flavour and heat. Generally the orange achar is slightly spicy and the red one very spicy which I found to much 😂🥵 They serve it with chopped veg like carrot, mooli and cucumber. In east Nepal they specialise with pork sekuwa as this is the area for Limbu and Rai ethnic groups. Kathmandu and West is a bit of everything from what I saw but I didn’t see any khasi or goat meat. If you go to Nepali try it you will not regret it, my favourite was Buff sekuwa. Just amazing walking the back streets north west of Boudhanath and seeing the bbq fires in the night. You can’t get any more fresh than that. This country has so much to offer, see, taste and do 😋👍🇬🇧 Disclaimer for Nepalis, I’m not an expert just saying what I’ve seen and learnt in the hope more Gora will learn from these videos and love Nepal now i do so please correct me if I’m wrong 🙏🇳🇵 Ma Nepal miss garchu

Ramro video bhani, ahlie bhok lagyo 😂😋 Momo like this are out of this world, unless you can find a Nepali party or a Nepali restaurant making only local style Momo you won’t find them out of Nepal. They are worth a 6000 mile flight from the UK. The closest I’ve had so far was a Nepali festival in london and a pop up by Momo King from Swindon. They come with a chutney or Achar which is garlic, ginger, different chillies, coriander in a tasty tomato sauce sometimes has roasted sesame seeds ground or almonds it’s very good. Also there is Jhol or a soup and kind of sauce which is based on soya beans and peanuts, I’ve had never tasted anything like it until I’d been to Nepal 😋👍🇳🇵 My favourite is Buffalo or Buff, all the ones you will find should be amazing anyway. All the ones I had were great no matter where I found them and I only ate in local small places no big tourist restaurants but they are all bound to be different and amazing. Nepali food is sooooo good ❤️🇳🇵

Visit Nepal, whatever background country or colour they love it that you come to Nepal and as you can see speak very good English 👍 Near the big temple in the video is Aama ko Bara Pasal, the most tasty veg Newari Baras which come with chana masala (or chickpeas to westerners) 😋 So tasty, cheap, healthy and filling.
