I miss this show so much! Lucifans still hope a new series or several movies happens.
Always thought that acting seemed rather easy, until I saw this lol. It's unbearably awkward and which is why these guys and gals get paid the big bucks.
Anyone else notice how Tom Ellis is dressed in his 'Michael' attire (Less the suit jacket) for this scene?

WOW, I've just watched S05E08 of Lucifer, and I'm so exided to see the dinner, all the times I've watched lucifer, the family dinner is something I always look forward too😊❤
This scene was amazing, I always forget the amount of time that goes into each and every bit of a show. All these people did such amazing work!
I feel like God doesn't really need a rehearsal.
Seeing this actually in the show makes you realise what they have to do to get it right.

Love how Tom puts ALL of his passion into his performance...even if it's only a rehearsal
Wow, what a treat. I could watch these rehearsals all day. Of course, Tom seems effortlessly commanding, but I think Rachel Harris lights up the scene; her comic timing is perfect.
fantastic directing. really appreciate directors who are laid back and relaxed like this, and *talk* to their actors rather than barking at them. major props.

Since I'm a Christian I totally had to re-imagine a different back story for the "God" character. Some of the characters are fun to watch how they reimagined them, but making God into a bumbling idiot was painful to watch. I had to imagine that this family is like one of those big tycoon families and the father is the neglective father of that family. Coz every single fiber in my being was yelling "THAT'S NOT HOW OUT GOD IS!"
It's fiction. I imagine the devil doesn't live in Los Angeles, own a club, and work with the LAPD to solve crimes. I know it's hard for some people, but you have to separate the characters in show from any "reality" you are used to. And I don't think the god character was "bumbling." When you think about, he set up the whole scenario we saw play out in the show, or he knew what would play out the way it did, from Lucifer abandoning hell, to that leading to crossing paths with Chloe. The way I look at it, Lucifer an Amenadiel's sojourns on Earth were necessary to prepare them for their ultimate destiny, and the god-character was the puppeteer. Regardless of how he appeared, he was not "bumbling." I still did not care for Lucifer's ultimate destiny in hell and the way he got there. I wish they would think about returning with an arc of a few episodes that would show us an alternate path, if one thing or a couple of things had changed. But that's a whole other conversation. :)

As the title states, it's a video of several members of the cast of the show "Lucifer" rehearsing a scene from Season 5. The video was posted by Joe Henderson, an executive producer of the show and one of its show runners.
Small detail i like at 9:17(pay attention to Tom) despite that they are not eating any food, they actually do mumbling noises as if they are talking with food in their mouth at the same time
