Also you should look at the other translations, it has a totally different interpretation. Overall I’m seeing it means don’t talk too much about your feelings and don’t vent your anger/emotions fully for everyone to see. Deal with most things in private. There’s nothing wrong with venting and counsel with others when warranted. Being vulnerable is okay.

Unfortunately that has not been my experience. My whole life people would tell me there frustrations and make me feel frustrated. For a long time I never said anything. Finally one day I had a break down. From that experience it’s my opinion that we all have to handle our own emotions every day and to not put your load onto others. But also to always have one person who you can confide in. Because of how badly I was treated I have not been able to bounce back as of yet, and some injustice is still happening in my life as well. Also I had to learn to to stand up for myself.
