I remember when the guardrails on I-77 before the Pershing Ave exit would be a light brownish color thanks to the nearby factories back in the 80s.
Crime rate of 60 per one thousand residents, Cleveland has one of the highest crime rates in America compared to all communities of all sizes - from the smallest towns to the very largest cities. One's chance of becoming a victim of either violent or property crime here is one in 17. The Crime index is 1. Which is the highest you can get. 99 percent of all US cities are safer. I didnt think that was right. But it is.
Cleveland in some ways, is not that great.
While it is understood that no city or area is perfect, the Cleveland area has so many great things to offer.

Very nice video. I can't believe how cheap it is to buy a home there. and they look pretty dang big. Where I live cheapest home is is maybe 2 bedrooms single floor at 800k Canadian. I think cheapest listing I've seen near me is 500k for semi detached. If you want a nice home small back yard minimum 1.1 million Canadian. The place looks beautiful, but I don't like country living. too quiet. I'm a city girl :D Keep up the good work.

I am trying to make my move to Ohio. I want an affordable place something that wont break the bank but also a safe area. An area that one bedroom will be less than $1000.00. But also safe and with good enough Schools close enough to the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. I want to drive about 15 minutes, 20 minutes at the most to the Cleveland Clinic main campus. Can you point me to some good areas/ neighborhoods that fit this criteria.
