What do you mean by "we recommend 50mm above the U Channel?"

These posts are mild steel, but the same applies. The chemicals in quick set concrete will corrode the steel or aluminium.

Can you place the guide rails onto a metal beam that is anchored to the ground or is it best to lay concrete for the footing?

Thanks for this good instruction video. How about the materials used in this fence? for example what type of channels are used for the slats? I'm guessing the channels on the top and bottom would be the usual ones used with aluminium slats, how about the side ones? They would need to be a little bit wider to hold the usual channels. Where do you get these?

Well explained in a short amount of time with no waffle. I like how Masonry Anchors are used instead of Dyna Bolts. I think they are easier to work with and give a neater finish.

Quick or Rapid Set Cement is Not Recommend for Aluminium Posts ! Unless Suitably Primed.
