I read his books when I was a teenager. I did go to college, got an engineering job and bought rental real estate. With that I became financially independent. I don't feel defrauded at all. I just skipped the MLM bit, did a lot of research before investing and didn't over-extend. It goes without saying that you have to apply critical thinking to what you read. If you are cheap, like me, you can avoid these traps easily - you just don't want to pay for books (because you can go to a library) and seminars (because books are enough to get the idea).

Foreign investors have practically crippled the Canadian real estate market. And with the more lax student visa programs it has created slum lords in major cities where a foreign property owner will buy a piece of land then split it and rent it to more occupants than are legally allowed. The students get terrible living standards because they are foreign students and can be taken advantage of, the property investor gets steady income at low tax rates, while the rest of us Canadians get high home prices and cost of living spikes with zero benefits.

I tried signing up on betterhelp, and the costs were extortionate! Way too expensive. Like £80/month. F ing insane.

The ships need broken. People need jobs. The world needs scrap metal. The shipping industry needs to not have rusting hulks left in passages and ports creating hazards. I see no injustice here. I've worked dangerous jobs too where I had some close calls, but I made great money.

Great video, thank you! I feel like UBI would save so many problems. Everybody can live a decent life. No more burocracy about who gets which unemployment benefits. People aren't pressured into taking bad (unsafe, underpaid, etc) jobs anymore just to survive, so bosses have to offer better jobs. No more bullshit jobs. Which means initially more people unemployed. Which means more people who'd be free to do an actually productive job. Which improves society overall. Also we could probably all work part-time? It's always wild to me when workers rage against unemployment benefits being "too high", or the idea of UBI. Mate, that's good for you too! Do you know how terrible your job would be if every unemployed person was just forced to take any job they could get, no matter how bad? Bosses could just demand anything of you, cause they know you can't just quit, and even if you did they'd just find some other desperate soul to replace you.

Ohhh, the outpacing regulations thing is an interesting aspect! I've definitely seen sponsorships for regular products. Even like, a mattress, something you'd only buy once in 10 years or so. So in theory there are sponsors that just sell a product out there, not sure if they'd contact every creator or just specific ones. But I'm sure at least the biggest ones could have their pick and be a bit more selective about what they promote while still making an income. The "expert" sponsorships are a real pain in the neck. Try finding a decent tech review that isn't also sponsored by a tech company. I could skip the sponsorship, but then I'll still question whether that may have influenced the actual review. Interesting, thank you!

Problem lies solely with India, but liberals and commies will not view this as a problem with India but with the companies from the white countries not forcing other countries to treat their people better even though there is nothing those people have to say to those countries.

And this is why I respect Max Gunther's "The Zurich Axioms". It's a short book, about earning from investments in various vehicles such as stocks, commodities, and real estate: his central premise is that you are gambling. He makes it very clear that you are taking on risk, and that losses are just as much a possibility as gains, but that by avoiding psychological traps, you can come out ahead. An example: if the stock price is still rising, and selling now will mean you've made a decent profit, sell - don't get greedy and try to get as much profit as possible, because neither you nor anyone else knows when the price will peak, and then decline, possibly precipitously. Solid advice, but not palatable to most people. EDIT to forestall the inevitable objections: investing in stocks, commodities, real estate, bonds, etc. isn't gambling like putting money down on roulette, it's more like putting money on a horse race. You're not dealing with pure chance, and you can take informed risks. But the notion that you can predict and model what will happen with markets is an illusion; the system is too large, and our knowledge too limited to model it, and this is in fact one of the dangers "The Zurich Axioms" warns against - the illusion that you can model and predict the behaviour of markets.

Who want to save need to cook at home from raw ingredients (which are much cheaper) and stop buying (overpriced) ready made things.

How can shipping companies run ships through these tax havens and then nobody even knows who the owner is. I have to provide all kinds of evidence to my bank if I try to deposit a small amount of cash. Then they keep asking me if I'm an American politician and stupid shit like that Never been to the US and never will. Now you have random ships cutting cables all over the World and nobody even knows who actually own the ships etc. This needs to change.

I can only talk about my experience but I do owe a lot of what I know and have to the teachings of R. Kiyosaki. I can see why some people miss the point of his teachings and it’s sad to see how they spend their life working FOR money, instead of working to create/build/buy a SYSTEM that works for them TO PRODUCE money. well information, when you have a trust or another form of company that shields you from going personaly into dept then you arent going to be the deptor. So you can go into dept as deep as you want there are legal cooperate structures you can you for such games. It isnt all nonsense what they is talking about, before you shoot the messanger of using dept to you adavantage there are plays you can use legaly.

I like old products. I have Pioneer sound system in my livingroom from 1988. It will probably outlive my children. Meanwhile i have JBL headphones that fell apart after 1 year usage. Back in 80s and 90s products were made to last. Nowdays though they are just made to be used for short period and then thrown away - all this so people could have jobs in factories. We are literally throwing away money so we could devote our lives on slavery.

If you ACTUALLY watch the video (rather than desperately sharing negative quips or hunting for likes) you’ll see that the subtext for NEOM is hardly positive 🙄
