Nice video, I agree with what you said. There are a lot of people who are not able to find their way without an authority or guidance figure and I see myself as one and onestly I don't think I would be able to do a lot of stuff without someone to tell me if I should or should not do that ect.

If it weren't for big murder drones youtubers like Vanitymoth or Yagsterr I would not have paid attention to J in the slightest so I partially blame them for my original dissapointment on her. Not like I exactly like Vanitymoth as a reviewer anyway.

Great video! I personally liked J's arc. I see her arc as being a foil to our main trio. While N learned to break the rules, V learned to make peace with her past, and Uzi learned to be part of a team, J kept choosing to be a follower and keep up the hierarchy - even when there wasn't one, anymore. I feel a little sad because if Tessa didn't die, she could've really helped J like N helped Uzi.

I will say for me the best thing about intermission was V's performance. Her VA was on point. To this day I don't think we have ever seen V show that much emotion in the real show.

THANK GOD FINALLY HOW SHARE THE SAME OPINION ABOUT THIS FAN-EPISODE!. I'm not trying to discredit the original author of this fanmade episode, because she did a good job and it's obvious that it was done with all her heart and effort, but to say that it's a perfect work that adheres to and fits perfectly into the canon is already a very wrong fantasy. This is not something that the series deserved, it's something that the fans wanted to happen. The characters in the episode are how the fans see them most of the time, N is exaggeratedly passive, Uzi is too harmless and V... well, you yourself explained it perfectly and if this episode were really between episode 4 and 5, the personalities of V, N and Uzi are a true retcon. In addition to what people as such don't understand is that it's episode 6 of the series that gives us what she needed: how she opens up, how she began to trust uzi and see her as their salvation, earning her redemption through sacrifice. I feel like this fan-made episode is way overhyped and serves as a fun animated vuzi fanfic, but is nowhere near on par with the original series.

The solver is a character that goes in different situations. The solver ( like you said ) reminds the crew the danger that is about to come. Also, the reason why it happened was bc Uzi saw flashbacks in the bus, and freaked out, so one point taken away from the video ( I’m sorry :c ) . BUT, why would the solver attack now though? It could be just bc it wants to freak the crew out more, but it’s all over the place. So I don’t know.. ( you got me really thinking about the fan made episode lol )

Actually, for an ADDITIONAL REASON, the Solver posses ( or very least, MAKES UZI GO CRAY CRAY , not posses ) Uzi when Uzi is in her most VULNERABLE STATE ( some real poetic writing from Liam is what he does best.) Uzi gets possessed when she is in a stressing bad moment, or weakest. Evidence: Episode 4 when she is freaking out and over heating, she starts crashing out. Episode 6, even though it’s only for a moment, it’s twice. One, where she is trying to help N and “ Tessa “ escape, she starts losing control, showing how far she will lose herself and hurt herself to save them, and AGAIN when she tries to help with the elevator, even tho being told not to, she does it anyway, and for a split second, the solver possess her at her weakest. Episode 7 when she thought she was about to get killed by “ Tessa “, she was literally HELPLESS. Then got full on possessed. So yeahhhhhh. THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE RUDE BTWWWW

Understandable really. I don’t like how V said “ You always take her side “ when it was UNDERSTANDABLE WHY… V is the instigator. I think it’s Uzi’s voice. I was a bit weird, but replace it with Uzi’s actual voice, and it sounds just like Uzi lol. And yeah, Uzi was a bit floored here, I know it was a V episode, but they could’ve done a bit more with Uzi. And yeah, it’s a bit weird. Not a big fan of intermission, but this episode was okay I guess. ( I thought it was mid until I saw the videos, and I felt like I had to like this episode, but glad I found someone who also agrees.) I think it would’ve been better ( and even greater ) if N held onto Uzi and JUMPED OFF WITH HER on the spire, or holding her at least. He is not being dumb, and we know he is experienced with flying, and it is even a callback to their conversation when they said they will figure things out together. They are LITERALLY ( and physically) figuring out how to fly together ( Uzi only tho lol ). I don’t think throwing her off was a great decision ( did think it was funny, but it could’ve taken a slightly different direction. ) Like, why not make it SURPRISE Uzi? Uzi could’ve be bracing herself, counting down from 3 to 1, but N just jumps off right away, that would’ve been better. ur video is valid and good.

cute animation, I like the expressions. also, I agree with you. there are more cases of characters dealing with trauma in murder drones, and I believe that the Absolute Solver is an allegorical character for trauma. (The final episode than enough evidence for this idea, like our main cast getting torn apart at first and the solvers usage of callback ping to amplify their fears and trauma).

I find it interesting that some people think Doll's death was pointless. It was a "Show don't tell" representation of the result of their actions. Uzi and Doll are very similar, except Uzi is a bit deeper in the Solver's insanity, YET Uzi has N and V to pull her back. Uzi has N and V, while Doll is going in it alone. Doll dying alone and forcing herself to find Uzi, in my opinion is Doll saying "I know I screwed up but only you can finish this."

Based on the episode 8 description it’s probably gonna be like 5-7 minutes of random stuff that happened after like the credits images if you know what I mean Also random little fun fact the red-eyed sentinel is named sparky if you didn’t already know

i've seen another comment being mean about this person's voice. their voice is a bit slow for my preferences, but i'm here to remind you that the 1.5x button and 1.25x button exist. if you feel like the video is too slow i found that the faster speeds were a lot easier for me to understand (i struggle to listen to slow voices) <3

I really love Doll’s story arc and I wish the show gave her a better ending. You really hit the nail on the head with the isolation aspect of her character. She lost her parents which I’m assuming when she was a child I mean she’s a teenager in the present time so she’s still fairly young. That means that her parents were her biggest advocates and the ones who were there for her the most. But once they were gone she was completely alone. She felt like she was all alone and thus like she had to become her own biggest advocate and problem solver. No pun intended. And while I wish that she got a better ending because of how much I love and sympathize with her character, it is an interesting parallel to see how the help from others like N and V that Uzi gains ultimately helps Uzi reach her ultimate goals. Doll on the other hand shows the consequences of never asking for help even when you need it the most. It’s really tragic for Doll’s arc to end this way but I suppose it does also serve as an important lesson about asking for help. Rest In Peace Doll 🥲❤️💜
