@@JeetheshKotian thanks for the reply now I have angular application I have created one ...after creating yml and appspec.yml files in visual studio after updating to gitlab ...for me pipeline was not showing but for you it is showing I didn't understand why pipeline was not showing to me and it is short pipeline status pending what does it mean

@@mahendramungamuru9500 check the branch name you are using in the .gitlab.yml file

Please checkout the before_install.sh and after_install.sh files and check the HOME variable. Check if that folder is current in your case. Thanks

@@JeetheshKotian yes all of them are same as your video, i think it should be about aws bucket or application, because cicd push zip file into bucket and doesn’t extract, right? So even though the paths are correct it couldn’t affect extract process

@@JeetheshKotian i also have zip file in bucket with succeeded CICD pipeline, the issue is extracting process into ec2

Hello Amina, Its a basic angular application. You can use any angular application of your own to get this CI/CD working. If you need the script then you will find the link in description.

@@JeetheshKotian Leave about the codedeploy. First of all the updated sh files are not being zipped to the s3 artifacts. The deployment is working .

@@kalyankalapala8940 What is the error you are getting while you try to execute Gitlab CI. Is there any console error? Also, can you share the gitlab-ci.yml file on my email. You will get the email id in TH-cam about section. I will take a look and let you know.

Yeah. As the CI/CD Pipeline is majorly handled by AWS and Gitlab is merely used for code build. So you will be able to detect any code issues at build but not be able to detect failure on AWS through the GitLab console. Yet let me check if any webhook or some sort of integrates can get this done.

Hi Pradeep, Thank you for your comment. Great to hear that you liked the Tutorial. For react native, you may not deploy the app directly to EC2, but for an Android build, you can create apk and upload it to AWS S3 and download it to your phone and test. But for iOS builds you may need to use Xcode to generate ipa and host it. I did a search to help you out but couldn't find any appropriate solution for you. But found out about AWS Mobile Hub - th-cam.com/video/6uMjZ1hYgQk/w-d-xo.html. I will continue my research and will try to get a video tutorial for the same.
