Yes sir. Put a twist throttle on like a motorcycle. Seems silly but gas and brake same time go faster to go slower. You don't want to stop you want to be moving. 1st gear wheelies are parking lot stunts.
Use your other foot so you can use the back break and control it if not your going to get hurt lol

Did my old 97 Dodge 1500 hood at work and just sanded it down and of course rag clean up and used a rustoleom spray can and won't use clear cloat because the engine heat will peel it off. Old work truck so no worries

Looks pretty good man. A friend of mine did the same.He put cans in warm water and it flowed nicely. Then finished it with 2k clear. His trick was he sprayed with two cans at the same time to get a wide fan and keep a wet edge and minimal tiger striping. Then buffed it. It also looked great and lasted a few years till he got rid of the truck. Disregard the negative comments souch nicer than it was

Is there a way to either do the cats or the headers individually to keep the valves. My last car was straightpiped so I need valves for this setup but still want to make it as loud as possible in track mode if that makes sense. Sounds amazing!
You can keep the factory catback with the valves but you might as well not do this, it will be too quiet
Hey man, I have a 1994 acty van. It was running perfect. Yesterday and today, when you put it in first gear and let go of the clutch slowly til she is engaged in 1st just rolling no gas, When you give it gas she just starts to die and jerk all over the place. If you feather the clutch and give it some gas once you are out of 2-3k RPM she runs perfect and shifts gears no issues and runs like normal. When you are coasting in for example 4th and the rpms drop to that 1-2.5k range and you get on the gas again she starts to jerk violently and doesn't respond to the gas initially once back to 3k and beyond rpm she runs perfect. I have a feeeling this is a carb issue but I really do not know. Thanks for reading.
Find my carb solenoid video and my video on how to clean/ rebuild top of carb. Should get it running great again!

No tune needed. No check engine lights if you use the o2 sensor spacers that I mention in the video.

For the high flow cat install yes. 2M fabrication sells them on their website. You can order the cats and o2 sensor spacers at the same time.

By chance did you mean 140ft lb? Manual on the stingray calls for 140 lug nut torque. Is it less for the carbon brakes?
Yes it is 140 ft lbs! I made the correction in the video description after I posted the video! Thanks for bringing it up for other to see as well though! Google said 100ft lbs but the manual most definitely says 140ft lbs.

I agree it won't last unless you garage keep it, never keep it in the sun for too long and wash and wax it weekly. I did this with a clear and it still faded checked and chipped in two years. Had I spent a little more money on a quality paint it would still look great some 10 years later and I would be sanding the car down to do it all over again. That all said not bad for a quick fix on a beater.
I have done mine outside, and I am in minnesota, mine has held up just well.. I have to disagree with these comment's
@@Stormmaniac how long ago? mine looked great for about two years then it just slowly started failing. for the amount of work I invested in prep it feels silly that I didn't just use a good quality paint for like a $120 more.

The disadvantages are (1) the choice of colors that are available ,(rust o leum) Keep in mind that you are using the rattle can formula which is not oil based and is somewhat compatible with other paints(2) it is not very durable.However if you follow up with a top coat of 2k clear then that may mitigate some of that issue. The advantage ? No compressor is.needed.

ordered full exhaust from 2m fabrication, catback is on and i love the sound, headers and cats getting installed next week. But are your headers ceramic coated? if so did they come like that, mine are shiny so i doubt they are coated
