I recorded this video when I was a postdoc in the Marlovits lab at the CSSB in Hamburg. The basic idea behind this video was to provide a step-by-step introduction into Model Building and Refinement with ChimeraX1.2.5/Isolde1.1.2 to fellow postdocs and PhD students. The video has been designed based on the most pressing questions people had at the time.
Please be aware that ChimeraX and Isolde are both under active development and commands may have changed since the recoding of this video.
For example - the `cview` command is essentially obsolete (the standard `view` command now does exactly the same thing)
