That's because he didn't show you Dixie avenue where all the dope and meth houses area or 4th Street where all the homeless people are living in abandoned houses or Jerry Wilson where all the illegals are moving in the house is somehow without a social security number or all the gang shitt happening on Shipley or all the violence and drugs and stuff happening around murder Mart at the corner of Jerry woodson and Dixie. I was born and raised hear my whole life Cookeville aint as nice as they're showing you

Cookeville is also a regional shopping area for surrounding communities. There are chain restaurants and big stores particularly near I-40. There is an excellent hospital and medical professionals. But traffic is horrible. The town has experienced a lot of growth due to its regional nature but the roads and traffic signals have not kept up with the growth. There also seems to be little coordination and design of joint access resulting in numerous driveway cuts into major roads. Don't get me wrong. I love the area but Cookeville is no longer a small town and needs to work on its traffic problems.
As a resident, I would not call the hospital excellent by any means, or the general medical services.

Nothing wrong with that, people need smaller cities to get away from the bigger ones. 😂 Cookeville has pretty much everything you need. And like they mentioned before, it's only about an hour to Knoxville or Nashville to get your fill of the big city..

FYI, you can always adjust the speed as however you want by clicking on the settings (with the gear symbol), which located on top right corner of every videos. Click on "Playback Speed", then select your desired speed. The smaller number, the slower it is.
