For Christmas last year, my wife purchased the Kenny Wallace Dirt Racing Experience. We were scheduled to attend a few weeks ago, but it was cancelled due to weather. The staff at RWRE allowed us to convert the package to the Nascar experience at WWT Raceway.
What a blast it was. If you've ever thought about attending and riding or driving, I highly recommend it. After racing on iRacing.com for 7 years now, I can say it's as close to real as it gets after being out on the track in this early 2000's COT Camry.
