Hello, I have a similar Shaeffer sterling silver ballpoint pen with the grapes and leaves design. I’ve accidentally fully disassembled the pen and I’m not sure how to reassemble it. Is there any way to contact you directly and get help reassembling it and seeing if I’m missing any parts?

they made the 'piggy back' refills. as i recall. i guess i had mine in the late 50s, early 60s. much later i realized that the two half-size cartridges contained less ink than one full size one!

I have rediscovered the vintage Sheaffer Nononsense ballpoint. It's light and the hard plastic grip is comfortable to me. It uses K refills.

Its a good pen. Now these days I am using this one.

Hello, I found one of this currive written Classic pen in my fathers stuff. It says Made in USA. and maybe it says 14 K gold (not very clear), but inside I cant find any letters or description. Could it be fake?

Talking about this pencil for over 6 minutes, and still no instructions on how to fill it with the leads. 😞

I do have a Chinese made lustrous chrome and the chrome plating is falling off after 2 years almost 3 years of use also , the mechanism is grinding against the brass casing

Hello! I have a Pelikan pen of that type, I acquired it around the year 2000. It is completely black and although it had a small defect a while ago it continues to work perfectly. Greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina 🇦🇷.

I have the pen and pencil set that I bought back in the late 90s in my pencil cup on the desk. I still use them but I only have one ink refill left. I'm old, they still might outlast me. 🤔

Just got a new Cross click directly from their US website. They changed how the top cap attaches to the body, it’s no longer a friction fit, it screws on now. Also the cross refill seems to fit more “snug” into the barrel. I’m unsure if it is possible to do the Parker G2 refill hack with this revision. No exterior changes that I see to indicate the new revision vs the 2nd revision. This 3rd revision pen I got has part# AT0622-121 (that’s the blue one). It also comes in a fancier box than either rev. 1 or 2. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

I have a Cross Century 18k gold pen and 5mm pencil set that I would like to sell. It’s in the original box along with the original warranty paperwork and is in perfect condition. It’s made in the old Cross factory in Lincoln, RI and you can tell it’s original just from the paperwork. The engraving on the pens confirm the originality. Any interests please let me know.

Same here, overall I like Japanese pencils because they are darker. I take a lot notes on the books when I read them. 9000 2B became my favorite. Another important thing I have noticed that it's important to match the pencil to paper or notebook you are using.

How does this compare to Faber Castell TK9400/TK4600 in terms of performance (precision & control for example) and overall quality? Is it better on any of these please?

I just purchased one in EBay. Definitely not a slim one. I’m in doubt whether “regular” or “husky” Believe it’s a husky because it’s pretty wide compared to the slim version. Anyone knows the width of the husky?
