Yes that is true! Mostly just making a quick repurpose of those Sivir items cause she had become pretty useless. The AS/AD/Crit on the item is probably still better on Irelia than being put back on Sivir there

Idk what it is, sometimes you just can't get the aim just right, and sometimes you are just fully Intune with the game!
