First your not suppose to use rock salt. It burns the paws. It happened to my dog. You use water and epsom salt so it doesn’t hurt the dog give 5 minute paw soaks. Then mix water with 1 tablespoon of the betadine and do another paw soak it takes a while for a dogs paw to heal need to keep it clean so this a few times a day This dog is hurting the way your doing it also need to keep the dogs paw dry infection and bacteria go for moisture which lays in the dogs paws
