I learned bass around that time, he plays so well and I can hear how Punk influenced my playing. Solid. Glen is awesome, so glad he is receiving the recognition he so deserves. I wonder what NMTB would have sounded like with him on bass?...

The Matlock demos were far superior to Never Mind the Bollocks. Not only is he a great player he brought a groove to the songs that Steve (hardly even being a competent guitarist at that point let alone a bass player) couldn't capture. Put "Sex Pistols broadcast debut" in the search & watch how Glen carries the whole song.

Saw them here the same night and I'd never even heard of them. But after hearing them live, then checking out their back catalogue I'm actually amazed they haven't already blown up! Hidden gem of a band. Kudos to Ride for introducing me to them!

Listening to a recent performance, Glen should of played lead, because Steve couldn't get the notes as we know them.

He liked to bathe and he liked The Beatles; so they had to let him go and replace him with Sid Vicious of all people. Doesn't matter anyway. Sid didn't play on Never Mind The Bollocks; all bass parts were played by Steve exept for Anarchy. The album was their debut and their swan song. Anything after that is pointless.

This could totally be a Booker T & the MGs instrumental or Meters..so much for the old they couldn´t play nonsense..
