Most of these webinars fail to address the Territories -- referencing the Virgin Islands in particular. This inclusion would provide pertinent data that would help these populations.

Net metering is an agreement that the Utility controls - they dictate how much power you can (or can't) bank on their grid. Net metering rates generally are defined an "interconnection agremeent" in which they leave provisions to change this agreement at certain times at their discretion. I deal situations are called 1-to-1 (or 1:1) Net metering but many utilities take this away and offer less than 1:1, like fraction credit or wholesale creit for every kWh produced. If that is the case, you do not want to have 100% solar because you are over prodcuing and 'giving' them power that they can sell to others at their charge (lets say 13 cents) and they 'credit' you (lets say 3 cents) - to add more complexity, sometimes they credit based on cost and sometimes they credit based on kWh.....and to add another layer of complexity they reset the equation on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis in all scenarios above, cost or kWh. I general, you want to lock in most of your consumption with your system then let the process work how it would in the back ground - working spreadh sheets and everything is like trying to stop tax law from changing by tracking who pays what every year, an exhaustive (and mostly fruitless) activity.

Billions of dollars, and no money given to the half dozen or so EV startup companies. All of them are on the brink of bankruptcy, because starting a car company is expensive. China supported their EV startups and look at what they have accomplished. Demand for EVs is not a problem, so billions spent on demand does not get one single EV on the road. Production is the bottleneck, so saving these EV startups would get EVs on the road. Aptera, Arcimoto, Canoo, Lucid, Rivian, Lordstown, Electromeccanica all need help. History is going to look back and see billions wasted, but not much accomplished in reducing emissions. I see the UAW's hands all over this.

I have a question about the process of coming out with the Net Units. So if I produce 1000kWh in the month and use 600kWh. 200kWh Out of the 600kWh were in day time when the Solar Array is generating and 400kWh during evening and night time.

An update on 2022 tax credits would be useful.
