Sir you did the 5th example in wrong way but ans is correct..he should buy the cabinets rather than making...the correct approach is: for making their total making cost is larger than total buying cost...so they should buy and sell which is more profitable than make and sell...500 is buying price not selling price, assumption is wrong

well basically in declining balance method you need to substract 100000 by 20000(salvage value given in prev question) you get the 80000 then multiply 80000 by 0.2 you get 16,000 and this process repeats till eternity :>
