Shop With Me Dollarama - Kitchen Aid, Santa Cookie Platters, and....Holiday Doggy #2 Bags??
I headed out to Dollarama here in Canada to try to find some good deals on a few things that I have seen pop up, and you know what, as per usual I was surprised with what I found. I found a bigger size kitchen aid cookie platter, and the smaller one that I got before(for the same price?) is honestly awesome, so I definitely snagged the larger one. I still haven't found what I was originally looking for --- which are the friends salt and pepper shaker and the golden girls mug but I did find a ton of cute Christmas stuff.
Also this was the first time anyone has come up to me (another customer) and asked what I was doing. It was kind of exciting? lol Anyways - enjoy! This is actually two trips, it's getting harder and harder to film with the girls.

Septic Tank, Propane Tanks, and On Demand Water Tank - it's a busy week for getting a lot of important things in. Our self-build off grid home is really starting to come together. Along with that - backfill against the house, really makes a huge difference we didn't know it would make. Oh, did anyone else see the Northern Lights?

Sometimes, it's best to second guess a choice you made. Like when we originally were going to put a beautiful piece in the basement - to be fair, we didn't think it was going to be a beautiful piece but when we found out, we set out on a mission to see what was possible, and boy were we glad with the results. Watch as we have our fireplace installed into our off grid home in the Atlantic Canada :)

Join me, as while on vacation in Ontario, Canada - we drop into the Dollarama there to see what they have to offer vs Atlantic Canada. Omygoodness, the restraint I needed to not go to the Dollarama on the weekend. Facebook was full of pictures of what was showing up there, and I knew it would be so busy so I told myself to wait until a week day and we'd see what was still there. I also wanted to compare the Great Canadian Dollar Store, and check out the clearance that was happening at Marshall's (hint: go there asap)

I may have a problem. Yesterday was a holiday here, and I couldn't go to the Dollar Store and I was sad. But! That made going today even more exciting. To be honest, getting out of the house (trailer?) these days with the kids is exciting haha. So enjoy my withdrawel dollar store shopping, you know we found some goodies.

We bought new toilets and got the one piece with flat base around the bottom so much easier to clean !

Thanks for sharing. I'm looking to build my own. I'm new to Canada, and don't know how it has to be done here. I did build houses in my country, so for me to do that, is not a problem. Paper work and permissions is what I need to know. Actually in my opinion the easiest way to build is ICF, it's quite quickly and easy. Will be waiting for an update.
