      Sir, kindly mention the age of the child. If he/ she is small, then wait. The /f/ is a sound produced by the upper front teeth and lower lip. Kindly wait for the teeth to regrow.

    In LPT or any other standardised test, kindly go by the instructions used while standardisation. Otherwise, the results cannot be compared with norms.
