From a floor layer to a plasterer, stick to plastering mate and we'll do the grown up stuff, pva on a floor is a big no no

Iv seen some k renders leaving scratch marks on the K rend after doin the scratching...you see lines in the K rend...is this wrong?

Great video, and a great job, just a couple of questions; do you not recommend using the mesh on the two outer walls that you did? You did two coats on these two surfaces, was it the same product for both coats ? And if so, what is the actual product code/name etc ( I ask this because there seem to be so many variants of Krend available) what is the name of the beads used please? dx

Try using a flooring grade primer like f ball p131 or ardex p 51

Is is not meant to be scratched. Scratched finished looks brilliant

Ace vid. I'm prepping for plasterers, stripping walls back to brick & have PVA'd well in advance to seal the dust in. They're going to dryline so presume another coat of PVA prior to boarding and on the day? They want me to blue grit paint a ceiling which they're skimming over. I hope to coax em to work in September. If I grit that ceilint tomorrow is that too early?

Handy tip: Use some easy to cut mdf ply to make a template for the angles
