Why would you not just hit it with a sander and put some primer and paint on it. Also if its rusted on that side, its most defintiely rusted on the undercarriage. Especially in utah. Seems like a quick fix that aint gonna last. WHOLE ASS ONE THING, DONT HAVE ASS TWO THINGS.....
