The Story of Sagebrush Mary
Sagebrush Mary suffered the most dreaded experience imaginable, the death of her own daughter in spite of Mary's best efforts as her midwife. Couple that experience with the task of caring for her daughter's surviving baby and her grief seemed insurmountable. Suddenly Mary's admirable record of success delivering 600 babies without a single mortality evaporated in her mind's eye. "This isn't right!" she exclaimed as she struggled to deal with a whirlpool of conflicting feelings.

Brayden Parker was the stand-out drummer at the Union auditions a month ago and we are super happy to have him in our festival ensemble. He is an intuitive player (rather than mechanical) and feels the music in a way that makes his playing fit the group sound perfectly.
