This location is on a small trail in the middle of Forest Land. Try to look on the map for access points that lead there.

@@TheHillsHaveNerds yes, they respawn same as Field Boss.

When you beat them for the first time a “Boss First Kill” message appears. All Wanted Fugitives are Alpha, they have health bar at top of screen and marked on map same as Field Boss.

I believe Alpha Dazemu spawns at random in the northern desert dungeons. In dungeons if the Pal you want doesn’t spawn you can exit the boss room then return and the boss will reroll to a different Alpha Pal. Go to desert dungeon with level 40 Alpha boss and reroll until you spawn Dazemu. You can also get one by breeding. Hope this helps, good luck!

@@nikkeinismo2669 Rayhound Alpha can spawn in any level 40 dungeon. This is a Volcanic Cavern dungeon located in and around Mount Obsidian, they are all level 40. Hit those until you get Rayhound to spawn.

@QuickToThePeterCopter ok I just ran it for a test, you can still go off the cliff you just have to cut the corner early and go through the grass on the right hand side before the turn. I will post an updated run with the new route soon and let you know.

Playing a lot of Elden Ring helps

@ i might get it, but now I can perfect parry very consistently now. The problem was I was too inexperienced when it came to parrying and I kept jumping right into the deep end.

You have to complete the race 1 time then the ghost of your previous run will be there

I call that one my “Line Backer” build. Meant to basically tank and melt everything with good maneuverability still. It’s dual mini gun, dual 10 shot shoulder missiles and all the highest AP while still running bipedal legs. I eventually upgraded to the dual 30 shot shoulder missiles with Spring Chicken legs. You can see that later game build in my other videos and it is nearly unstoppable.
