When it clones an original projectile, then each additional projectile item after that will spawn 2 extra projectiles instead of 1.

So it works fine before or after.

How did you edit the save file? Also how do you edit the savefile on mobile?

It still works fine for me; I just tested it now. Did you press auto-rotate to make sure your damage crosses are correctly aligned?

Never mind, just got it! I aligned my ship design closer to yours and it worked this time. I must not totally understand the impact of the different tiles, cause i had more damage output than what i got when i passed it but the projectile didn't make it all the way through.

Do you have any of the 3x3 Building blocks in your custom ship? The fire rate debuff from those is (was?) bugged to carry over to classic ships. Swap to a ship without any of those empty 3x3s in your custom and it should work better.

Yeah that one is pretty tough! Maybe you can think of a more reliable solution though. :)

Hi John! This build should still work in the new update. You just need to be careful with flying since the hitboxes have changed. Note I also have a new challenge video for the new update with a slightly different build; so if you prefer a different one, check the description for a link to that video.

Hi, and sorry to hear that! Can you explain what happened? Maybe I can help out. If you unlocked a ship, you can buy them again for pink money in the normal ship store - no extra reputation needed.

@@JeraldTroyGMaca I see - and now you're wondering how to get them again? You have already paid the Reputation cost to unlock them so you won't have to unlock them again. Just buy them from the normal ship store with normal pink money. The same place you buy other ships like backsword or whatever.

I don't know of one at the moment. Breaking those blocks at the start is very hard without enough damage items.

Custom ship guide is a great idea, thanks! I will think of how to do that.

Check your custom ship. Make sure you don't have any of those 3x3 chunks that reduce fire rate in it. Since that can also affect the classic ship too. I think it's a bug.

In settings. Press ship top left pic.

You can see it at the start of the video.

That's the hard part, yeah. I tried to make it as cheap as I could, but for that challenge it's hard to make it too much cheaper.

@@dudiobugtron one question and sorry for wasting your time, i just started playing this game like 3 days ago and have watched some tutorials to advance and manage to finish campaign and jumped to tier 300, now im looking at how to advance, im currently using Alien destroyer, which ship do you recommend i buy next? And is there a discord for the game?

@@darklord3861 Hi Dark Lord! There is a discord, with lots of helpful people and links to guides :D. The link is in the settings in-game. Congrats on getting to tier 300 btw. The meta strat is to get Endprice, and try to reach tier 350 for your next skill point. At some point you can get Cargo ship too.

@@Igotyahomie Hi! To get to tier 500 with Rocket Carrier sounds like a difficult challenge. I recommend swapping to Endprice, and later Cargo when you can afford it.

Hi! You need to move to the left one column; don't go down the central column. Also, did you use the AoE version? The one without AoE is easier to fly I think.

@@NinHawAssassin Interesting. Neither build is RNG so it should fly the same each time. I wonder what is different.

I assume you are on android? If so, there is a secret tech: the finish time after passing the last block changes depending on your screen/window size. So if you change the game to tablet mode, and press the plus button in that menu to zoom in more, you can get slightly faster times.

@@dudiobugtron unfortunately tablet mode at 1.0 scale does not work either. I'm on a S22 ultra so that may affect it.

Nice spotting! I guess by zig-zagging to hit further up each time when the weaker blocks break? That's good for better pilots than me to know about :D

Thanks for the update; and you're right they changed the damage reduction from AoE. There are many solutions still available; I will try to think of an elegant one.
