The 1999 cards pulled, are all the unlimited editions and I don’t see them getting anything over a 7 (maybe 8) on the grading. That MewTwo would definitely be a sub 6, which probably means $15. The nostalgia is great though !!

@@bestappliancesrepair2757 The 1995-1999 circa cards, no idea. It does list that you can get them, however, on the packets, so I guess they add them in from time-to-time... I had, near, 200 packets!

Haven't experimented... Might give it a try if I get some time. But, I believe the 'wuauserv' (which is the WINDOWS UPDATE) has a trigger that will automatically switch itself back on during an automated check (if off for a period of time).

"But those services will (probably) start up again (automatically or after a reboot). " This is mentioned in the video. The services will turn back on upon a shutdown/reboot... I also mention that this isn't a PERM fix, but a quick solution to give you a chance to use your machine without it being painfully slow!

To further add, so it can be seen here (within the comments) too WHAT ARE THE SERVICES I AM GETTING YOU TO STOP AND WHAT DO THEY DO! Service | msiserver = Windows Installer Service is used to store application settings and installation information. Service | TrustedInstaller = The main function of it is to enable the installation, removal, and modification of Windows updates and optional system components. Service | WSearch = Provides content indexing, property caching, and search results for files, e-mail, and other content. Service | WaasMedicSvc = Windows Update Medic Service to repair Windows Updates Service | AdobeARMservice = responsible for checking for updates and installing them automatically for ADOBE products Service | lfsvc = This service monitors the current location of the system Service | wuauserv = This is for WINDOWS UPDATES to automatically check and run ^ As you can see... These Services are not CRITICAL components and they HOG/CLOG up the systems resources, when they don't need to be doing so. As also mentioned in the video... The services will turn back on automatically upon reboot/shutdown, so you need to run the script again (AS ADMIN) to turn them off with each use.

I had videos on the Optimization tools that are auto loaded on machines (like Dell, HP, etc) - and how it is best to remove them as they too kill performance. But they were flagged and I had to remove them (shrug)

For the towers, that’s good. Lots of people don’t think about the dust and dirt accumulation that builds up inside 💪

Yeh, that's definitely my bad... But, those packs don't really offer any protection... Probably get thrown around like mofos before being hung up in the store... so the cards aren't going to be 10/10 grade to begin with 🤷‍♂️
