Hello I´m 14 and soon will turn into 15 I also want to start with hockey but I´m really scared because my las time on the ice is a long time ago.... I´m from Germany so I hope my english isn´t that bad^^

Love seeing hockey at this level, people who are genuinely passionate about the game learning regardless of the outcome, I really enjoy subbing in for this skill level even tho I typically play div c/3 because the love of the game is just different when you are starting out vs seasoned vets. Keep up the hard work y'all it's worth it I promise!

The easiest way to tell it’s a beginner league is that almost everyone is shooting right-handed. That and the skating, of course.

The lady instructor should hold her stick with both hands as much as possible. I see a lot of demonstrations with one hand and almost all of the students using one hand. This is a beginner class but they should be taught good habits from the start.

To the guy who lost his glove, STOP and pick up your glove. The bones in the hand are the easiest bones to break. Don't get side lined with a busted finger or broken bone. Just takes a slash unintentional or intentional to bust your hand.

I love watching these videos. I have been learning in Maine for a year, broken wrist earlier in the process but it’s all fixed now. I would love to skate with these guys, looks like such a good program and group of people

I think when you are teaching drills two hands on yiour stick would be benigicial to your students. I see s lot of one handed demo's.

Good job boys. Remember you can skate to the puck. I saw a few guys waiting for a slow moving puck to get to them, you can go to it.

I love this for some reason. Hockey is the only real sport left. Protect it.

I live in the Reno/ Tahoe area and we just got a new rink about 2 years ago, it's amazing how many adults are trying to learn how to play hockey. It's so much fun to play and most hockey players are great guys!!
