Bad sign when the link to the company is already dead.!!

Enphas makes a great solar and battery system but they built it in a silo. I want to connect mine to the SPAN panel I had installed with my Enphase solar + battery system and there is no way to tell the SPAN automatically when the grid goes down from the Enphase system. Maybe I should have bought a different solar system.

Its good tech but I will never sell the batteries. Omg its way too expensive. You can get 1/3 less battery storage for about $1500k more money with enphase. Or spend about 13k more for a similar sized Enphase system than one LG chem resu10. Also Enphase has a single point of failure that is warrantied for 5 years.

I have an older enphase microinverter system. I have to say the failure rate of the early microinverters was about 50% *before* the warantee date. After my waranty runs out I will switch to the newer system with the Ensemble and the integrated battery backup. At this point its just not economical.

Any rumors about future generator functionality? If the generator can’t charge the battery then there isn’t anything new being offered. Mohammad describes a scenario where once solar isn’t available and the batteries are depleted then the generator previously plugged into the panel is started. If the generator would carry the house load AND charge the batteries, wouldn’t he be talking up that future functionality big time?

How's clipping handled vs. Non-clipping on an DC individual panel optimizes. I was offered 28 gen8 Enphase for 14 split panels of 170 watts each side 60cells too from George the sales manager with ERUS of Phoenix, AZ any concerns on that? Stop the $21,000 scammers.

Generator integration, higher output etc... whole home backup with a maximum of 20Amps! I don’t think so. Good product, but there is much to improve on, not to mention cost! A little disappointing still😞
