🧑‍🍳Tips for baking bread:
- Sift the flour 2-3 times before use.
- Use bread flour to keep the bread soft and fluffy.
- I used Bread flour to have a nutritious bread, but it can be replaced with plain flour.
- Make sure, all the ingredients are out of the refrigerator and at room temperature, then add them.
- If the dough is a little sticky just put your palm in the flour and knead, no need to add more flour.
- While making a bread dough, the consistency of dough may differ slightly; especially if we use cup measurements (volume) instead of weighing the ingredients, or depending on the protein content of the flour or due to any variation in the size of egg used.
and that's ok.
we don't need to be very precise on the measurements while making a bread dough; but the point is that, we should know the consistency of our final dough.
so, if the dough is too sticky even after kneading for 4-5 minutes, we can add more flour or if we find the dough to be tough, we can add more water/milk (a tsp at a time) to get a soft dough.
keep in mind that, to make soft and fluffy bread, our (final) bread dough should be very soft and tacky to the touch with an elastic feel.
- For the filling you can add anything you like, sweet cream or just butter or cream without chocolate.

- turmeric topping is only for coloring and doesn’t smell like turmeric (my grandmother’s recipe), i already tested it. So don’t worry.
- Every oven is so different. The bake settings in my post is just a reference for you. You may need to experiment with your oven to know at which point of temp the bread will crack and adjust from there.
