This is another run to 4mile. More than half way from the parking lot. It was freshly groomed trail on a beautiful clear bluebird day. the snow was really hard and crunchy. Made it to the warming shelter and started fire, ate lunch and enjoyed relaxing next to the warm stove. Thank you Klamath Basin Snow Drifters for the great trail and shelter.

This is the return from Big Meadow warming hut on 12-27-24. I went to look at pelican climb road and got a little stuck, it was deep wet snow. I returned to parking lot to pick up my grandson to take him for a short ride on my wife's sled. No video of that run, maybe next time.

This was not a planned trip up Pelican but when I saw it was groomed I had to try. The top was deep snow and drifty. I probably could have made it but didn't want to chance it with the weather approaching.

This starts at Great Meadow and goes into the woods on the north side, turn around cuz tree blocked, head back to parking lot, crossing Hwy140. The battery died before completed.

This was a 3 day fishing trip down the Rouge River in drift boats from Briggs Rogue River Trips. Our group of 6 were in 3 boats captained by Alex, James, Brian, and supply raft captain JP - all great fishing guides and hosts - real pros. Tried to get all the major rapids, many more on day 1 than 2 or 3. Not a lot of actual fishing/catching in the videos as I was trying to catch fish instead of ...

video is pretty shaky even after stabilization applied. Rode to intersection with rocky point cutoff road.

Pelican Butte RD riding solo, had to turn around after going down east 4 mile loop road. This was a pretty fast ride as you can see by the speedo. Was trying to get to big meadow behind Pelican Butte but was solo and had not been down there so bailed on it. Looked at it the trail as I was leaving Cold Springs TH but alas, I left it for another day.

on the return, ran into vehicles that were trying to or were already stuck...they had enough manpower to get out so I kept going :)
