The title is 'crisis decision making' but it isn't until minute 29 this is mentioned, at which point the advice is 'make a decision'!!
Have you even bothered to look at the VUCA framework? How about the steps to make smarter decisions? If the only thing you deduce from this 32 min lecture is "make a decision", you should review the lecture again and pay more attention.
What new further more, this still not complete to implementation, however have to applaud your supplement and so on.Appreciate , sir.
Usually the Rubric has the guidelines in terms of citation format and number of references to use but all References used must be cited regardless of what the Rubric says. Thanks for your video.

You need in-text citations throughout and reference list. Draw from academic papers to support your arguments.

I am wondering about the merits of using a failed company to highlight how a company can avoid failure. It seems contrary.
Of course, it appears contrary but the whole tenet is that by examining the failure itself organisation can learn more. There are research evidences pointing to the fact that organisations learn more from failures than successes. Although I am not sure of the context of your statement.
