I got the tank, but you can only move it. It shoots by own. Everyone said it was hard challenge, so I tried it. The tank is darker than that tank in military base, but it kills more police than water jet 3000 which I used before getting the tank

You can get the circuit boss easily by doing this: get in one of the racing cars and start. As soon as you go turn around and go to the back of the starting pit. Drive strait back through the pit and you will be in first as the next whole lap. You can easily win and get the speedy car you need.

Thanks for the guide! at first if airports are on the map there is no military base. I doubt that's true and it was actually false! The plane made the achievement a little bit easier. I was also confused why I didn't get the tank instead I got the "The Contractor". But the comments really helped me and I got it. The tank was really good. it auto aims at the nearest police vehicles. It is kinda better than the tank in the military base. but the durability was less than the one in the military base. which makes sense. So thank you for the guide. :)
