Hey friends! 👋 I haven't made a video like this one in a really long time. I stopped uploading dinner ideas, because youtube doesn't put them out into the algorithm as much. I'm not sure why... But since I create grocery haul videos, I figured why not showcase my meal plans and utilize the ingredients that I bought in my grocery hauls. Weeknight meals doesn't have to be complicated, inventive or super exciting....although, my kids look forward to dinner time and almost every time I'm cooking, they're counting down the seconds before dinner is served. I do tend to keep the same meals in rotation, but I do switch things up. So I don't plan on posting videos like this on every upload, but I'm still willing to share a fun weeknight dinner video at least once a month. Wow everything you bought is processed foods. Do you read the ingredients to see what you feeding your family. A few years ago we switched over to a whole foods only diet. It's cheaper, and so much healthier for you. Nothing has seed oils, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, dyes, natural and artificial flavors, chemicals I can't pronounce, high levels of sugar., nitrates and nitrites. It's made a huge difference in how we all fell. The kids aren't bouncing off the walls and the whole foods is keeping us full for longer than processed foods.

I literally just made my son buttered bow tie noodles for lunch lol. He's autistic n has food aversions, so his menu is very limited. He loves buttered bowties n rotinis too. Sometimes he like a bit of the parmesean "sprinkle" cheese on it. Really cute video. Nice clean kitchen! I click out when i watch videos n ppl are cooking in dirty kitchens!
