The main thing to remember about these mid 50’s j45’s. No one will hear the guitar like you do. You have to play them hard to bring it out. Also. Take that stupid pickup out. Put in unbleached bone.... if you still have the original saddle. Put it back in. If you are lucky. Ive played a 55 j45 for 15 years. I am a luthier. I know these instruments well.
