In this session, we will explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to enhance the learning experience in higher education. We will introduce ChatGPT, a language model developed by OpenAI, and discuss how this tool can be leveraged to benefit faculty and students by using strategies such as personalizing learning materials, automating administrative tasks, and assisting with research.
Throughout the webinar, we will brainstorm together examples of how ChatGPT and other AI tools could be used in higher education settings. We will also address potential challenges and considerations for implementing AI in education, including plagiarism and cheating, as well as strategies for maximizing its benefits. By the end of this session, attendees will have a deeper understanding of the potential of AI in higher education and will be equipped with the knowledge and resources to begin incorporating it into their own teaching and learning practices.
